Brush top of pie crust with egg white. Sprinkle 2 Tsp sugar. Cut 4-5 slits on top.
- Bake at 350 for 1hr - 1hr 10mins Orr until golden brown & bubbly; shielding with alum foil the last 10 mins to stop browning (if necessary). Cool 30 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
