  1. Make ready 4 apples
  2. Get 400 g flour
  3. Make ready 2 eggs
  4. Get 300 g sugar
  5. Take 40 gwater

Instructions to make Apple tart:
  1. Make pastry by adding flour, eggs and a little water together bind together well!
  2. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface! shape into a pastry case and trim edges! cook at 180! poke holes in the bottom of the pastry to stop it rising!
  3. Chop apples nice and thinly so they can be layered onto the base
  4. Make sugar wash by adding sugar to water and gradually bringing to the boil avoiding stirring as it could lead to the sugar crystallising!
  5. Put a brush coat of sugar liquid on the bottom of the cooled base! and start to layer apples all around leaving no space! add the sugar liquid over the top of the tart to get a rich and shiny colour!
  6. Enjoy! but please be carful! sugar can be lethal in its cooked state!
