- Make my awesome pie crust, or your's. Please dont buy one and ruin this pie or your karma will destroyed and your life will be meaningless. Now take 1/4 cup of the sharp cheddar and mix it into your crust.
- Preheat to 425°F (220 C)
- melt butter in saucepan, add flour until smooth paste. Add water and both sugars and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
- crust up the pie pan, fill it up with apples peeled and cored of course. mix in the last bit of sharp cheddar. squeeze some lemon juice over the apples.
- Top crust with lattice. mix in cornstarch to the simmering mixture now pour in the awesomeness (butter and sugar mixture)
- top the whole pie with a shake of sanding sugar just because. bake for 15min then reduce temp to 350°F (175C) and keep baking for 40min or so until apples are done.
