- Prep your ingredients and pre-heat the oven to 180’C fab.
- In a large bowl add the Mince, breadcrumbs, egg, spring onions finely chopped, crushed garlic, and salt & pepper. Mix well till everything is combined. Split the mixture into quarters then into 4’s and make into a meatball shape. You should end up with 16 decent sized meatballs.
- Lay the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and spray a few sprays of oil spray over them. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes till cooked and slightly browned.
- Meanwhile for the sauce combine all the ingredients and put into a saucepan on a low heat. Cook for 5 minutes till bubbling and thickened.
- Mix the cooked meatballs in the sauce and serve on brown rice with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions. ENJOY!
