  1. Get 150 g Chicken boneless
  2. Make ready Chicken stock 1 litter
  3. Make ready Ginger julienne cut 1 inch piece

  6. Get 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  7. Get Corn flour according to your consistency
  8. Prepare Ginger garlic paste 1¹/² tsp
  9. Make ready 3-4 Green chillies
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp Vinegar
  11. Take Salt as per taste
Steps to make Chicken Thai soup:
  1. For chicken stock.. take 1¹/² litter water add chicken ginger garlic paste (1tsp) then add vinegar (1 tbsp) and salt. When chicken got tender take out chicken and set aside.
  2. Take pot add oil then add ginger fry it nice add half quantity of chillies saute it.
  3. Add half cup of chicken stock for reglacing pan then add remaining stock
  4. Add white pepper,salt, ginger garlic paste ½tsp vinegar, soya sauce.
  5. Then add 2 tsp of corn flour in 2 tbsp water make a paste then add it into a soup. At the end add remaining green chillies and spring onion (optional)
