- Make ready 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- Take 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Make ready 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tbsp Soy sauce

- Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper
- Make ready 2 tbsp Cornflour to make slurry in water
Use finger-length red chillis (seeds removed) for the colour, and red chilli padi (seeds on) for the heat. Cut the ingredients to uniform small chunks to ensure even blending. - Add onion, carrots, capsicum sliced into the walk on high flame for 2 mins.
- Put soy sauce 1tbsp vinegar 2tbp, red chilli auce 2tbsp black pepper powder salt if needed and add the boiled rice mix it well
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onion andcook for 5 min on low flame untill rice is cooked to it's perfection.
- Serve and enjoy with the chilli checken and enjoy
