  1. Take 500 g mince
  2. Take 1 onion (diced)
  3. Take 1 can chopped tomatoes
  4. Get 1 can kidney beans
  5. Get Garlic cloves (to crush)
  6. Prepare Red Chillis
  7. Get Cumin
  8. Take Chilli powder
  9. Make ready Paprika
  10. Make ready Tomato puree

Steps to make Chilli Con Carne:
  1. Finely chop onion and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until brown
  2. Add crushed garlic clove and chopped chilli
  3. Place mince into pan and cook in medium heat until brown (5 mins on medium heat)
  4. Season mince with tablespoon of cumin, tablespoon of paprika, 2 table spoons of chilli powder, salt and pepper and stir in
  5. Drain 1 can of kidney beans and wash in a seive and add to the pan (i prefer half a can of kidney beans)
  6. Add can of chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and mix in
  7. Leave on low heat for 30 mins or slow cooker medium heat for hour+
  8. Add side of greek yoghurt
